Im Darcie,
Born and raised in Birmingham and i have always been in love with cameras - being behind and infront of the lens. As a toddler my favourite toy was a bright yellow plastic camera with a red flashing lens that played music and made shutter sounds. Then as a young teenager i used to buy disposable cameras and make my sisters pose for photoshoots and would save my pennies so that i could go and get the camera developed and see the magic that i had captured.
From then it went to my sony cyber shot digital camera which came on all of my nights out and holidays with the girls to capture our antics. It wasn’t until having my first baby in lockdown that i decided i wanted to take my photography further and use this passion of mine to my advantage and make it my career. So i brought my first dslr - stayed up and did course after course and watched hours on end of YouTube videos trying to better myself as a photographer. Since these i have invested hundreds of hours into shooting and now i am able to call what was first just a hobby, my full-time job!

Hey, I’m Kyle!
I am a born and bred brummie and have have been in love with Photography for as long as I can remember. My first photography experience was a long time ago, going out with a good friend of mine to take photos and trying to replicate other photo techniques we had seen online.
I loved how you could take a photograph and freeze any moment, emotion, facial expression or event in time - It’s the incredible thing about images!
My first camera purchase was back in 2014, which was a Cannon 200D with a 50mm lens, I remember it cost me every little bit of money I had at the time but I was so desperate to start taking photos I had to purchase it.
I was hooked!
I love Weddings because im a people person first before anything else, I love working with other people, and doing what I can to capture your days’ story.
I love the happy and emotional atmosphere weddings create. There really is nothing quite like being able to be involved in such a happy time in someones life!
