Option 2: 50/50 Payment Plan
Pay 50% upfront to secure your date.
Settle the remaining balance 1 month before your wedding day.
Option 3: £200 Deposit + Final Payment
Secure your booking with a £200 deposit, then pay the remaining balance 1 month before your wedding day.
FAQ
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a minimum deposit of £200 to secure your wedding date.
Are you insured?
Absolutely! We are fully insured, and we can provide proof or documentation upon request—just let us know via email.
Do you have a contract?
Yes, we do. A contract is in place to protect both you as the client and us as a company. All parties must sign the contract at the time of booking.
Do you charge a travel fee?
For weddings in the Midlands area, there are no travel fees! If your wedding is outside this area, we charge a small fee of 15p per mile from our HQ in the B62 area of Birmingham.
Will we meet before our wedding?
Absolutely! We start with an initial Zoom call to get to know you as a couple and discuss your plans. Then, approximately 1-2 months before your wedding, we’ll have a Pre-Wedding Consultation to go over the finer details.
We’re also happy to meet in person, whether for a venue visit or simply to grab a coffee and chat about your big day!
Do you use any backup equipment?
Yes, we bring at least two of everything to every wedding—cameras, lenses, and more. This ensures we’re fully prepared for any unexpected situations. Rest assured, we’ll never let life’s curveballs interfere with capturing your special moments.
We’re nervous in front of the camera—what should we do?
No need to worry! Our approach is very hands-off and relaxed, often described as documentary-style. This means we capture your day naturally as it unfolds, without staging or taking control. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable so you can enjoy your day to the fullest.
