Ways To Pay

We offer three flexable ways to pay

Option 1:

Pay in full

If you opt to pay in full you will receive a 5% discount.

Option 2:

50/50

Pay 50% of your package upfront as a deposit and the final payment 1 month before your wedding day.

Option 3:

£200 Deposit + Final Payment

Pay a £200 deposit to secure your booking and then your final payment 1 month before your wedding day.

FAQ

Do you require a deposit?

A minimum of a £200 deposit is required to secure your day.

Are you insured?

We are indeed! Any proofs or documentation required can be sent via email upon request.

Do you have a contract?

Yes, of course!

We have a contract that all parties must sign at the time of booking. This contract protects you as a client, and us as a company.

Do you charge a travel fee?

If you are getting married in the Midlands area there is no travel fee’s when booking us! However outside of this we charge a small 15p per mile fee from our HQ in the B62 area of Birmingham.

Will we meet before our wedding?

We like to have an innitial Zoom call when getting to know our couples and then one more, roughly 1-2 months before your wedding date - this is also known as your “Pre wedding consultation”

We are also absolutely open to meeting any of our couples in person prior to their wedding day, for a venue visit or to just grab a coffee!

Do you use any backup euqupment?

We bring a minimum of 2 of EVERYTHING to every wedding without fail, as you just never know what curveballs life will decide to throw at you! We come very well prepared!

We are nervous infront of the camera what do we do?

Don’t stress! Our aproach is extremely hands-off and often reffered to as “documentary style”.

This means we are there to capture your day as it unfolds, not to take control of it! We want our couples to always feel relaxed.
